This policy explains what information Caerono processes through caerono.com and the project inquiry form, and how that information is used.
What we collect
When you send a project inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, project type, project stage, timing and project brief.
Our hosting infrastructure may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages and timestamps. The inquiry endpoint uses a hashed form of the submitting IP address for a short-lived anti-spam rate limit.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to review your request, respond to you, discuss potential work, protect the form from abuse and operate the website.
We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking on caerono.com.
Email and hosting
Project inquiries are delivered to hello@caerono.com. The website and mailbox are hosted through service providers that process data as needed to provide hosting, security and email delivery.
Retention
Inquiry emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage potential or active work, maintain business records and resolve disputes. The local anti-spam rate-limit record is designed to expire after approximately one hour. Hosting providers may keep technical logs according to their own operational and security practices.
Sharing and selling
Caerono does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the site, email service or project workflow, or where disclosure is required by law.
Your choices
You can contact hello@caerono.com to ask about personal information you have submitted through this site, or to request correction or deletion where applicable.
Cookies
Caerono does not intentionally use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Essential browser or hosting behaviour may still be used where required for basic delivery, security or functionality.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site, services or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest published version.
