Terms of Use

These terms set the basic rules for using caerono.com. Any paid project or client engagement is governed separately by the written agreement for that work.

Last updated 17 September 2026hello@caerono.com

Website purpose

caerono.com presents Caerono’s studio, capabilities, concept studies and ways to start a project. Website content is provided for general information and does not by itself create a client relationship, proposal, guarantee or contract.

Project inquiries

Submitting the project form is an invitation to start a conversation. No engagement begins until Caerono and the client agree to the relevant scope, fees, timing and other terms in writing.

Please do not send passwords, private credentials, regulated data or highly confidential information through the public inquiry form.

Concept studies and portfolio material

Where the website labels work as a concept study, framework or placeholder, it should not be interpreted as a claim that the project was completed for a named client or achieved particular commercial results. Public case studies may be added when verified project material is available.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Caerono name, visual identity, website design, original text, graphics, interactive work and other original materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Caerono. You may view the site for normal personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy, republish, resell or misrepresent original Caerono materials without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, submit abusive or unlawful material, probe the form or server without authorization, or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service.

Availability and warranties

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Visual effects and WebGL experiences may vary by device, browser, graphics capability or network conditions. Caerono does not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Third-party services

The site may rely on hosting, email or other infrastructure providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Caerono is not responsible for third-party websites reached through external links.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caerono is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Any client engagement will be governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website or studio evolves. Questions can be sent to hello@caerono.com.
